Augh.
AUGH. This was a surprisingly difficult pet to revamp. I loved the original one quite a bit, (I had one!) and so badly didn't want to touch it, even though the art quality was outdated. For those of you who don't know, the painfully talented =Picormdwe was the original Devonti artist. I took the species over after she left. Hana has such an amazing ability to put character and emotion in her art. I've been trying my best to not disappoint her (and myself!) when working on her devontis, since their personality is what made me fall in love with them in the first place. It was difficult to get a working colour scheme on this guy, actually. Most of the things we tried made him turn out looking like a Cheeto. |

Of all the revamped Devontis I've seen so far. This one is my favourite hands down. When I drew the original I was so proud and I'm happy to see it placed in wonderfully talented hands but not only that but someone who actually likes the species. Thank you x3
